She was so helpful when explaining the process and terms that I was unfamiliar with. Sandy went out of her way during nights and week-ends to visit houses or talk with you on the phone. She was not pushy and was very honest about the positive as well as the short comings of the houses we looked at. Sandy also was very helpful with recommended lenders as well as home inspectors. "Buying our first house during the current market was a daunting process. "I'm sad this Zillow only allows me to give Sandy a 5 star maximum, because gosh darn it I would giver her at least 10000 stars if I could. Where to begin...Sandy is honestly SO good at what she does. She inspires confidence in her buyers and sellers and she is the type of realtor who has her client's best interest at heart.I met Sandy in 2018 when she helped me buy my condo and that was an all around phenomenal experience. We had a few difficulties with the property management company, but being the badass that she is, we worked through it.I kept in touch with her over the years to share condo renovations and cat pics, and eventually she helped me list and sell my condo. Her understanding of the market is SO spot on, and we were able to sell my condo for an amount of money I never would've dreamed of. She is responsive, highly professional, works hard for her clients, and above all she is empathetic. I'm a highly anxious person and she explained things at every step of the way and helped keep me very informed and answered A TON of questions.I'll admit that I've never worked with another realtor, but I can say with great confidence that Sandy is THE BEST realtor in Madison. I wouldn't want to bother working with anyone else because I really don't think it gets better than Sandy. 10/10 or 10,000/10,000 I'd recommend working with Sandy."

"Sandy helped my husband and I find our perfect 1st home together. From piling a list of showings together (and being completely flexible as we continued to change our mind), to following the COVID precautions during our time looking to meeting a quick 1 hour deadline to put our offer in on the house of our dreams, she can do it all. She is professional, friendly, understanding and willing to do absolutely anything to help you find your home. While Sandy was a friend of ours before she was our realtor, we knew that meant we could trust her every step of the way, and boy were we right. She kept us updated from the moment our offer was accepted through the day we had our closing and even into our moving weekend (our dryer was broken when we moved in...). Sandy knew exactly how to keep us calm along the way and how to keep the process moving along for a smooth closing and moving. I am now typing this in the most perfect first house I could've ever imagined and it is all thanks to Sandy! We couldn't have done this without her! (Especially because we left our parents out of the buying process....)"
